Iyamho, April 28, 2025—Edo University has expelled 34 students following allegations of exam malpractice in the ongoing semester examinations. The decision, announced by the university’s administration, underscores the institution’s strict stance on academic integrity.
In a statement released by the school authorities, the affected students were found guilty of various forms of cheating, including the use of unauthorized materials, impersonation, and collusion during exams. The university reiterated its zero-tolerance policy, emphasizing that such misconduct undermines its reputation and the value of its degrees.
