While the state has had curfew for the last 4 weeks to curb the spread of Coronavirus, the Edo state government have today, extended the curfew, starting tomorrow May 13th. This was disclosed in a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Osarodion Ogie Esq.
According to the SSG, “The Edo State Government has extended the curfew in the state for another fourteen days, starting from May 13, 2020. The time for the curfew remains 8pm to 6am, daily. This is in furtherance of efforts to contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.
“Government reiterates that only those on essential duty are allowed movement within this this period.”
